From Dr. Jason’s January newsletter...
Back at our vet clinic, we are super excited to be welcoming back some familiar faces. First up - our dear friend and worldly adventurer Dr. Pam Carlson is back from the better part of a year in Swaziland. We’ll send out a separate announcement later, but let me tell you, I’m so happy to have her back in the clinic. Pam’s chiropractic skills are amazingand we are always learning from each other. Pam will be seeing chiro patients starting in January - so just call the ladies at the front desk to book an appointment: 778-478-7088
Later this month, we’ll be welcoming our wonderful nurse Jackie back from her second mat leave. Not only does Jackie have a stellar personality, she’s also a fantastically skilled technician. We can’t wait to have her back in the exam rooms, in surgery, even at the front desk. We call her our Jackie-of-all-trades - she can do anything! Please help us to welcome her back at the end of January.
Let me know if you’ve enjoyed this newsletter - we’ll give it a go for all of 2020!
The last few years the tick population has been crazy - ticks have been populating shrubs from the trestles to Kelowna's urban parks. No-one likes dealing with ticks, and we all want to protect our pets against Lyme Disease and Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever.
Our Pandosy Village Veterinary Hospital tick spray uses the power of rose geranium, lavender and lemongrass to repel ticks with a potent floral aroma.
