Garden-inspired Cookies for Pop Up Store

July 26, 2012

We've been baking... Biscottis with fresh local beets, lavender from our garden, barley flour and local organic honey... Nasturtium cookies with sweet potato, organic red lentils, locally milled whole wheat flour, nasturtium flowers from our garden and local organic honey. How tasty are those cookies???

Mark your calendars! Pounce & Hound will be opening for one day only! this summer. Pandosy Vet Hospital, and Pounce & Hound are holding a pop-up store at the SOPA Square Discovery Centre on Pandosy Street (right across from where our shop/clinic will be) on Sunday  August 12, noon-4pm.

You and your leashed pet are welcome to come down - we will be giving away insanely tasty dog and cat treats, including the delicious garden-inspired cookies in the photo. If you think these scrumptious cookies look familiar, you may remember "Auntie Mae's Tasty Homemade Canine Cookies" form the Farmer's Market a few years ago... yes! that was us too!

Please come on down, meet Dr. Jason, and select some tasty cookies, jerkies or catnip from our treat bar!  Bring friend and their dog too! We can't wait to meet you. Pandosy Vet Hospital and Pounce & Hound are scheduled to open December 1st, 2012, in SOPA Square in the South Pandosy neighborhood of Kelowna, BC.
