If you are bubbly, super organized, and love animals, you might be the perfect candidate for the Front Desk Dynamo position at Pandosy Village Veterinary Hospital.

We are looking for an amazingly friendly administrator that can book appointments, find the right pet food for inquisitive parents, sweep the floor, hand out treats, track patient files... all while juggling a squirming puppy or cute kitten! 

Our ideal candidate has experience with pets, is very service and detail oriented, and has administrative, medical and/or sales experience. We are looking for sunny dispositions, quick wits and calm under pressure (it gets very busy at our hospital!)  Interests in pet nutrition and alternative medicine are major assets. Must love dogs (and cats!)

Working at Pandosy Village Vet is a fantastic, long-term opportunity for a devoted pet pro. You will be learning and working alongside three integrative veterinarians (plus the added bonus of an animal chiropractor!) and many passionate pet health professionals.

We currently have a full-time position available for a total of 5 days (40 hours) a week. Our clinic is open Monday - Saturday; so you must be able to work Saturdays (excluding long weekends) in order to be considered for this position.

Our new hire will start as soon as possible, to enable you to have the maximum amount of training time.
