Online Booking -- FAQs & New Client/Patient Information

Great news! We now offer online booking for:

  • Basic Consultations: for non-urgent health concerns
  • Routine Health Checks: otherwise known as Annual Preventative Health Exams
  • Wellness Exam & Vaccines/Titre Tests

This system only allows bookings with Dr.Dani and Dr.Jason -- at this time we do not have Dr.Becky available on our online system, but that may change in the future! This system also does not allow for "Technician Only" appointment types, which includes: nail trims, anal gland expressions, ear cleanings and repeat injections (such as cartrophen, librela, cytopoint or solensia.) If you are hoping to book any of the appointment types bolded above, please call the clinic at 778-478-7088 to get your pet scheduled in!

All emergency or urgent visits must be scheduled by phone. We always want to provide the best care possible for your pet, which means that any urgent situation needs to be addressed in an appropriate and timely manner, so please call us! 

If you are wanting to book appointments for multiple pets at once, we recommend giving us a call in order to do this effectively. Our online booking system will not allow for multiple bookings at the same time.

FAQs

General Booking Questions

How do I book an appointment online?
You can book an appointment by clicking the “Book an Appointment” button linked above, or on the main page of our website. Please follow the prompts, enter your information where applicable, select your pet, the appointment type, preferred date and time, and confirm your booking.


Appointment Management

Can I reschedule or cancel my online appointment?
Yes you can, however, you will be required to call us in order to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You will not be able to cancel this appointment online.

What if I’m running late?
Please call us as soon as possible to let us know you are running behind schedule. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you, but late arrivals may need to be rescheduled.

Do I need to create an account to book online?
No! However, if you are a first-time customer, we ask that you complete the form for new clients/patients. (please see the hyper link above titled: "New Client/Patient Information.")


Payment

Do I need to pay when booking online?
No, advance payment is not required to use this service. Payment is taken in the clinic, at the time of your appointment.
