Today I dropped off our amazing soon-to-be-gelato mix off at the Rotary Centre. They are making the gelato in their machines, with the expertise of their own gelato artisan, Ashley! We made the gelato mix from organic, 3.5% yogurt, local honey from Arlo's (just picked up at the farmers market this morning!) and a wee bit of rice flour. I also made up our sprinkles.... We are having two dog gelato flavours:
